Stop bleeding storage fees on dead stock.
A structured diagnosis of your dead SKUs in 4–6 hours. For each item: reposition, bundle, liquidate, or retire — with reasoning. $79 flat.
The problem
Your SKU report shows 20–200 items. Some are flying off the shelf. Some haven't moved in 90+ days. Storage fees compound. Amazon's aged inventory surcharge has kicked in (or is about to).
You know something needs to change for each dead SKU. You don't know what, and you don't have the time to think about each one individually.
That's the gap SKU Rescue fills.
What you get
A PDF report, delivered within 6 hours of you submitting your SKU list. The report contains:
- Triage table — every dead SKU classified into one of four buckets, with a one-line reason
- Prioritised 30-day action checklist — concrete steps, sequenced by impact
- Channel recommendations for liquidation candidates with realistic recovery estimates
- Bundle suggestions matched against your other listings
The four buckets
| Bucket | What it means |
|---|---|
| Reposition | Product has demand but wrong title, category, pricing, or photos. Fix the presentation. |
| Bundle | Won't sell standalone. Has a natural pairing in your store or on the platform. |
| Liquidate | Not recoverable at current price. Holding costs will exceed expected recovery. Specific channel recommended. |
| Retire | No recovery path. Removal cost is lower than continued storage fees. |
Sample report excerpt
Below is an illustrative excerpt from a sample report. The seller (“Priya”) is fictional. Real reports look like this.
Triage table — Priya's 7 dead SKUs (Amazon FBA, kitchenware)
| SKU | Description | Bucket | Reason |
|---|---|---|---|
| K-04 | Bamboo cutting board 3-pack | Reposition | Priced at $24.99 — above impulse threshold for category. Competitors cluster $16.99–18.99. $2 markdown + "meal prep" framing in title. |
| K-07 | Ceramic garlic roaster | Bundle | Pair with K-02 (garlic press) as "garlic starter set" at $19.99. Roasters rarely sell standalone. |
| K-13 | Avocado slicer, green | Liquidate | Category saturation extreme. Cannot compete with $4.99 sellers. Amazon Liquidations (~30% recovery) or eBay lot. |
| K-19 | Stainless steel lemon squeezer | Retire | 6 units left. 12-month storage cost $4.80 > liquidation recovery $2.40. Request removal. |
30-day action checklist (excerpt)
- Day 1: Request removal for K-19 (not worth fees)
- Day 2: Create removal order for K-13 → Amazon Liquidations or eBay lot
- Day 3: Update K-04 to $17.99, A/B test new title with "meal prep" + bundle framing
- Day 15: Launch K-07 + K-02 bundle at $19.99, 21-day run
- Day 28: Review velocity. Items that haven't sold 3+ units move to liquidate queue.
